in the heart of the Downtown Las Vegas arts district
DTLV Arts is proud to be the geographic and creative center of the 18b Las Vegas Arts District where artists represent a broad range of contemporary and traditional styles, media, and interests. In addition to our commercial activities, our creative community provides an artistic lifeline and facility for many educational functions, events, and community group meetings. We also provide a unique cultural venue for musical concerts, poetry readings, and live theatrical performances. Our portion of the Arts District also includes new developments on 1st & Main street and the old Mission Linen Building!
Established in 1991, The Arts Factory is home to art galleries, dining, boutique shops, creative services, and the largest, most colorful city pride mural in Las Vegas!
Home of the Cockroach Theatre, beautiful art galleries, a beauty salon, Artifice Bar, Mingo’s Kitchen, and a wedding chapel!
1st & Main offers large storefront spaces perfect for creative businesses or f&b, while the 2nd floor offers private, professional office spaces.
Union House is a 3 building compound located on 1st street which houses creative work-spaces for TV & Film production, music studio spaces, artist workshops, and more! The main building is split into tiny studio spaces for artists and creatives.
With it’s vintage pre-war looks, the Mission Linen Building features 65,000 sq ft with 30,000 sq ft underneath exposed trusses and a soaring ceiling. This unique structure remembers Vegas’ past and looks forward to it’s future!
